Rates & Reservations

Nightly Rates: $135 per night 4 guests, Plus $5 per person over 4 guests, 2 night minimum, includes weekends and holidays.

Long Term Rates: Please contact us for pricing details for long term stays.
                 
                            

Deposit

A rental deposit is required to reserve Whitetail Cabin, which is to be paid by check, cash, or a money order, made out to Elaine Sims. The remaining balance of rental will be due upon arrival at the cabin.  Security deposit amount will vary, depending on length of stay.  Deposit for one or two night's rental is $50.  Please contact us for details about deposits for longer stays.  Check-in time is 3:00pm, but please check with us if you need to check in sooner.  Check-out time is flexible, depending on if the cabin is rented the following day.  On Sundays, feel free to sleep in, relax, and enjoy the cabin as long as you'd like!

After you have confirmed your reservation by phone or email, please make out payment to ELAINE SIMS and mail your deposit to:

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel or postpone your stay at Whitetail Cabin, we will need to receive notice two weeks prior to the date of check-in in order for you to receive the deposit.  In the event that a guest should cancel their reservation less than two weeks before their scheduled arrival, that deposit would be forfeited.  

For busy weekends such as Luther College Graduation, Family Weekend, Homecoming, Christmas at Luther, Northeast Studio Artist Tour, and Nordic Fest, we request a notice 1 month prior to the date for any changes in your schedule.
